The Local 139 Joseph J. Goetz Jr. Training Center is located on 380 acres near Coloma, Wisconsin. In addition to training apprentices, the Center offers continuing education to journey workers to keep their skills up to date. Currently, we have 8 full-time instructors, 27 part-time instructors, 132 pieces of equipment (including those from the equipment loan program), 469 apprentices, an administration/classroom building with a mess hall, and a classroom/shop with 3 bays and 3 full-time mechanics.
