The Operating Engineer Local 370 Apprenticeship and Training serves the Eastern half of Washington and the State of Idaho. Our training site is located on sixty acres in beautiful Spangle, Washington (16 miles south of Spokane Washington).

Our heavy equipment operator training school has dorm facilities for up to twenty at a time.  There are also RV hook-ups for up to eight units.

Our shop is a 65 x 100 foot structure equipped with a seven-ton bridge crane for our service work, CCO testing, and training our mechanic apprentices.

We have a lined 1.25 million gallon pond used for storm water retention and to load our water truck. We have also become very popular with the local Department of Natural Resources (DNR) during fire season.
